Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to own the integrated hardware schedule for robotics platforms, coordinating across design, manufacturing, firmware, and testing. You will drive phase-gate governance, risk management, and supplier relationships, reporting to senior leadership from the Scottsdale operation.

You will work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, collaborating with global contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget hardware

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering program management in hardware product development.
• Track record of owning multi-disciplinary hardware projects through prototype to mass production.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers across international sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule across drone, GCS, radio, and subsystems.
• Lead governance with phase gates and readiness assessments for executive briefing.
• Manage risk registers, FMEA-driven risk analysis, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate vendor management and supply chain activities across multiple countries.
