Job summary

Axon in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Director of Engineering Program Management to lead the Devices PM organization from concept through launch. You will build a high-performing team and establish governance across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to align priorities, manage budgets, and drive timely decision-making, ensuring fast execution of world-class hardware devices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in engineering program/technical program management
• 5+ years of people leadership in PM groups
• Experience leading hardware or connected-device programs from concept through launch
• Strong understanding of hardware product development and cross-functional execution
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Program Management Organization for Axon Devices
• Own portfolio-level execution, schedules, risks, budgets, and milestones
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Hardware, Firmware, Software, Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations
• Manage priorities, resources, and trade-offs across the devices portfolio
• Oversee financial planning and budgeting for the PM organization
• Communicate portfolio health and decisions to senior leadership
