Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in outpatient settings. You will assess patients, create splints, and develop recovery plans, collaborating with hand surgeons and therapists.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, a current PT or OT license, and CHT certification; OT/PT graduates may apply. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctoral level PT/OT preferred or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient evaluation and develop recovery plans.
• Design, fabricate, fit and adjust custom orthoses and splints for hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear, care, and precautions.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Directs and supervises OT Assistants, students and support personnel.
