The role requires a Bachelor's degree, state PT or OT licensure, CPR/BLS, and 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, with DPT/OTD preferred. Collaboration with surgeons and therapists is essential, with opportunities in orthotic fabrication and post‑surgical care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OTD preferred; OT program accredited.
• Current state PT or OT license; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for age and disability.
• Document occupational therapy services.
• Direct and supervise OT assistants and students.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust hand/upper-extremity orthoses.
