Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and fabricate custom splints.

You will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and students, collaborate with hand surgeons and physicians, and contribute to interdisciplinary care. Experience in upper-extremity rehab and post-surgical rehabilitation is preferred; a Doctorate OT/PT is a

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide orthotic design, fabrication, and education on orthosis wear and care.
• Directs and supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants, students and support personnel.
• Treat post-surgical and injury conditions including scar management, edema control, wound care, and return-to-work rehab.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedists, PTs and other healthcare professionals; participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
