Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The role includes patient evaluation, custom splinting, and developing recovery plans.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, a current PT or OT license, and CHT credentials. Collaboration with hand surgeons and therapists is essential. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation.
• Design, fabricate, and fit custom orthoses and splints.
• Document therapy services and outcomes.
• Supervise assistants, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
• Manage post-surgical and injury rehab, including scar management and return-to-work.
