Job summary

Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and create custom splints to support healing.

You will collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists, supervise assistants and students, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning. A Bachelor's degree is required; a DPT or DOT is preferred; 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or Doctorate of OT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluation and develop plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
• Document delivery of OT services.
