The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and using Gallagher systems to deliver high‑quality service and solutions. This is a pivotal position in shaping client outcomes and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process and strategy for complex accounts.
• Identify gaps in coverage and drive sales of additional services.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team on risk management.
• Mentor team members with feedback and development.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and service standards.
• Oversee accuracy of client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
