Responsibilities

• Provide room rate quotes and inform about resort amenities and area attractions.
• Issue unit keys and guide guests to accommodations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform routine money handling tasks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
