Justworks is hiring a Senior GTM Technology Administrator to own the administration and integration of our marketing and revenue technology stack, with Salesforce at the core. You will collaborate with RevTech, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to keep data flowing and tools aligned, delivering reliable, non‑code solutions where possible.

You will manage declarative development, lead routing and enrichment, and administer Customer.io and related platforms.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Salesforce and marketing-automation admin roles.
• Salesforce certifications required; marketing automation credentials preferred.
• Experience with data integrity, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own the administration and integration of the GTM technology stack, with Salesforce at the core.
• Build and maintain declarative solutions—Flows, validation rules, objects, campaigns.
• Configure lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and suppression across systems.
• Administer Customer.io and related platforms, ensuring data sync with Salesforce.
• Maintain data quality and governance across marketing and CRM ecosystems.
