Job summary

Spire seeks a hands-on Salesforce Administrator and Developer to own and optimize our CRM stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot. You’ll drive system reliability, automation, and scalable GTM tech solutions for Sales and Marketing in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will bridge business requirements with technical design, lead end-to-end delivery, and continuously improve data integrity and user adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Salesforce core platform and architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
• Certifications: Platform Admin, Platform App Builder; Developer I preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, user management, configurations, data quality.
• Design and implement automations using Salesforce Flow.
• Lead technical delivery of system improvements end-to-end.
• Manage Salesforce releases, sandboxes, and deployment processes.
• Maintain data quality across Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Provide L2 support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
