Job summary

Commercetools in Boston seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) to own full-cycle, global recruiting with a cross-functional remit. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver a high-quality, inclusive hiring experience and build pipelines for Enterprise Sales roles.

The role focuses on scaling the GTM organization globally, collaborating with the CRO/CEO/CFO/CCO, and driving metrics, process improvements, and stakeholder alignment across the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting.
• 3+ years hiring enterprise sales/GTM at a SaaS or tech company.
• Experience in a global environment (international hiring).
• Experience hiring within ecommerce/Martech SaaS selling mission critical products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across commercetools, from role intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver high-quality, inclusive hiring experiences.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Lead outbound searches for enterprise AEs, SEs, CSMs and GTM leaders.
• Manage end-to-end hiring journey in Greenhouse (ATS).
• Drive data-driven insights and process improvements in TA.
