Commercetools in Boston seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) to own full-cycle GTM hiring and build pipelines for enterprise sales talent. You will partner with GTM leaders and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, inclusive hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Based in our Boston Office, you’ll focus on GTM/Enterprise Sales recruiting, drive outbound searches, and collaborate with Sales leadership to refine candidate profiles and hiring metrics while using

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years hiring sales/GTM roles at a SaaS or tech company.
• Passion for creative sourcing and relationship-building with passive candidates.
• Experience contributing to hiring processes that assess sales talent quality and fit.
• Interest and flexibility to support hiring beyond sales when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across commercetools, from role intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, strategy, and data-driven feedback.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative networking techniques.
• Develop a network of enterprise sales talent and maintain target company maps and talent pools.
• Run outbound searches for enterprise AEs, SEs, CSMs, and GTM roles; identify top buyers and signals.
