Job summary

Ramp in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp’s Quote-to-Cash systems, building Salesforce CPQ, contract, and Billing/Core integrations to convert complex commercial agreements into accurate customer outcomes.

You will design, develop, and maintain integrations, data models, and architectures that scale with Ramp’s growing business, partner with engineering for reliability, and drive data integrity across quotes, contracts, and subscriptions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of experience with Systems Architecture and Integrations.
• Strong experience with Apex and triggers.
• Working knowledge of Python and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong experience with APIs and integrations with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with GTM stack beyond Salesforce (Gong, Leandata, CPQ, Billing Systems).
• Deep experience building Salesforce applications with Apex, LWCs, Flows, and asynchronous processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
• Design and operate reliable integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and adjacent business systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on iPaaS (Homegrown, Workato, Clay, etc).
• Drive decisions on architecture patterns, tool usage, and designs for scale.
• Write and communicate technical specifications including architecture diagrams and data models.
• Own data integrity and data assumptions in your area.
• Collaborate with the team on code reviews, on-call, build issues, and ideation.
