Hightouch seeks a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to build the systems behind the go-to-market organization. You’ll own projects from design through implementation, collaborating directly with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps to dramatically improve operations.

This role emphasizes AI-driven transformations within the GTM stack, with a focus on CPQ, pricing, and billing handoffs. You will shape scalable, maintainable tech that supports complex enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building and owning systems for a modern GTM organization.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: data models, automation, integrations, permissions.
• Experience with quote-to-cash (CPQ) and pricing/integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM systems projects end to end from problem to rollout.
• Lead evolution of CPQ infrastructure including pricing, approvals, and billing handoffs.
• Build scalable systems for complex enterprise deals and multi-product scenarios.
• Create internal tooling to improve Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps efficiency.
• Apply AI to automate workflows, migrate data, and document architecture.
