Job summary

ClickUp is looking for a Business Systems Engineer to design and operate automation and AI systems within our Go-To-Market team. This position requires strong experience in Salesforce and ERP platforms like NetSuite, and a commitment to using AI in our workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a business systems engineering or integration engineering role.
• Experience with Salesforce and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite preferred).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI or LLM-powered automations in a production context.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows across the GTM tech stack.
• Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other GTM platforms.
• Monitor performance of automations and conduct root-cause analysis of failures.
