Job summary

G2 is hiring for a hands-on GTM Engineer role focused on integrating AI-driven workflows across RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS. You’ll design and test workflows using a mix of GPT-4, Claude, and automation platforms, aligning with GTM strategies to accelerate pipeline and improve follow-up efficiency.

You will partner with Revenue, Marketing, and CS to implement scalable AI solutions, ship self-serve tools, and measure impact on time-to-action and conversion rates across the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in RevOps, GTM strategy, sales, or a technical/engineering role within B2B SaaS GTM
• Demonstrated success building or supporting AI automation into GTM workflows (lead scoring, pipeline insights, AI summaries, outbound triggers, etc.)
• Technical proficiency to design and implement workflows: general software engineering literacy and API/data movement
• Comfortable building and debugging workflows hands-on in platforms like n8n, with fast learning in a fluid space
• Familiarity with sales/martech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong) and GenAI tools (Claude, Zapier, Clay, Notion)
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Looker or similar platforms is a plus
• Collaborative with ability to work with Sales, CS, and Marketing—not just for them
• Bias for speed: quick iteration, hypothesis testing, and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Support intake & requirements: document workflow requests as clear specs with GTM Engineer input
• Build and ship workflows using GPT-4, Claude, n8n, Clay, Exa and similar tools
• Apply sound design practices and follow UX patterns for deterministic vs agentic workflows
• Support pilots and enablement: rollout workflows with GTM teams and create documentation
• Track results: report on hours saved, pipeline influenced, and conversion lifts
