Zusammenfassung

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior GTM Systems Analyst to architect and optimize the systems powering our revenue engine. You will own end-to-end GTM solutions across Salesforce and automation platforms, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to reduce friction and improve data-driven decisions.

You will partner with GTM leadership to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions, mentoring others and driving data quality across the GTM stack.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional experience in a GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role.
• Advanced, hands-on Salesforce experience with administrator-level skills; Salesforce Admin certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex solutions including Salesforce Flow, custom objects, and workflow automations.
• Proven track record managing system implementation projects from discovery through deployment, independently and cross-functionally.
• Strong understanding of GTM data models, data quality management, and basic data manipulation within CRM and adjacent systems.
• Experienced using AI for GTM use cases, including AI tools (research agents, conversational intelligence), API integration, and prompt/context engineering.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing automation platforms such as Clay, Zapier, Gong, Outreach, or similar tools.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment with exposure to sales cycles, funnel optimization, and revenue operations.
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and present solutions with a clear point of view.

• Problem Resolution: Resolve cross-system issues involving data integrity and process gaps.
• Strategic Optimization: Identify and automate GTM workflows across the tech stack to drive efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with GTM leadership and other teams to define outcomes and scalable requirements.
• Guidance & Enablement: Provide technical direction to analysts and GTM stakeholders on configurations and best practices.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Maintain data models and enrichment strategies for reliable GTM data.
