Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Engineer to own and scale the technology stack powering its go-to-market organization. You will work under the Sr.

Director of Revenue Operations to manage Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, and data enrichment, while partnering across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Analytics. You will design scalable solutions, automate workflows, and apply AI to improve data quality, attribution, and operational efficiency across a fast-growing B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Salesforce administration with Flows, automation, integrations, governance, and reporting.
• Advanced HubSpot administration with workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, forms, campaigns, attribution, automation, and reporting.
• Experience owning Salesforce and HubSpot integrations and data flow between the two platforms.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM Systems architecture for Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack.
• Lead HubSpot administration and ensure data synchronization with Salesforce.
• Manage data enrichment, governance, and data quality across GTM platforms.
• Develop scalable integrations and automate workflows using APIs, webhooks, and tools like n8n, Zapier, Make.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Marketing, Sales, and CS to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive AI-enabled processes to improve GTM productivity and data reliability.
