Job summary

Cobalt is a leading provider of offensive security testing with a fully remote team. We power GTM operations through a robust tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, and data integrations, enabling AI-enabled workflows that drive revenue efficiency.

We are seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Engineer to own and scale our GTM tech ecosystem, partnering with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations or related field in B2B SaaS.
Advanced hands-on Salesforce administration expertise (Flows, automation, permissions, integrations, data architecture).
Advanced hands-on HubSpot administration expertise (workflows, lifecycle management, attribution, automation).
Experience designing cross-platform integrations using APIs, webhooks, or middleware.
Experience applying AI and automation to GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical owner and administrator of Salesforce and HubSpot, including integrations and data governance.
Own the GTM technology ecosystem across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Partner with Revenue Operations to translate GTM strategy into scalable technical solutions.
Design and maintain enrichment, data quality, and governance workflows.
