Indeed Flex, backed by Indeed, is building AI-powered GTM systems to accelerate sales and marketing performance from Austin. This role owns the architecture and end-to-end automation, setting strategy and delivering production-grade systems with clear ROI.

You will partner with leadership to define the roadmap, deploy AI agents, and ensure data quality and fast time-to-value across campaigns and accounts.

Formación

• 5+ years in marketing ops, rev ops, sales ops, or growth in tech/SaaS/AI
• Experience deploying AI workflows in production and measuring outcomes
• Ability to direct AI and verify outputs before live use
• Hands-on with integration tools like Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, n8n and APIs
• Commercial awareness to assess if a workflow improves deals
• Ability to document what is shipped and manage ambiguity

Responsabilidades

• Set GTM systems strategy and roadmap with sales/marketing leadership
• Own Salesforce architecture, data flows, and integrations with Outreach, Snowflake, and enrichment sources
• Automate prospecting and ABM from sourcing to routing and speed to lead
• Deploy AI agents in daily production and monitor quality
• Build systems with validation, monitoring, tests, and minimal babysitting
• Drive adoption, train users, measure impact, prune ineffective work
