Job summary

6sense is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to own automations, integrations, and AI agent workflows across Marketing and BDR teams. You will balance speed, scale, data quality, privacy, and governance while delivering scalable GTM software.

This hands-on leadership role includes one direct report, cross-functional partnerships, and staying ahead of security and compliance requirements. You will drive impactful improvements to our agentic GTM strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, GTM/revenue systems engineering, or marketing automation with ownership of complex GTM systems and executive stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience building automations and integrations across a marketing/RevOps stack (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense or ABM platforms).
• Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM and BDR/SDR operations: routing, scoring, handoffs, and attribution.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or agents with MCP connectors or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agentic workflows for end-to-end campaign creation and assets drafting.
• Automate marketing work management and workflow orchestration across GTM stack.
• Own the BDR technology stack, including sales engagement tools and dialer.
• Lead, mentor, and coach one direct report and prioritize automation requests.
