Job summary

6sense's Marketing Operations team is seeking a Sr. Manager, GTM Engineering to lead AI-driven workflows and integrations across the GTM stack. You will own the automation roadmap, mentor one direct report, and partner with Marketing, Revenue, IT and Security to balance speed, scale and data governance.

You will build agentic AI architectures, oversee lead routing, BDR tooling, and ABM personalization, and drive measurable improvements in pipeline efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, GTM/revenue systems engineering, or marketing automation.
• Hands‑on experience building automations and integrations across a marketing/RevOps stack (APIs, webhooks, iPaaS).
• Strong understanding of top‑of‑funnel GTM and BDR/SDR operations: lead routing, scoring, handoff SLAs, sales tooling, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent & Workflow Architecture: Build agentic workflows for end-to-end campaign creation and automate marketing work management.
• Own BDR technology stack and sales engagement tools, driving pipeline and productivity gains.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance into workflows by design and coordinate with Security and IT.
