Job summary

Hidden Jobs is hiring a GTM Engineer to lead go-to-market automation and integration efforts for AI-powered revenue workflows. You will design data flows, connect enrichment providers, and modernize the GTM stack while mentoring BDRs to build scalable systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with GTM tooling, Salesforce governance, and data quality across payments, marketing, and CRM systems. Remote-friendly, global team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on GTM automation & integrations.
• Deep expertise with Clay or comparable enrichment platform.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including data governance.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript to build/fix workflows.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau or Looker).
• Proven track record applying LLMs to revenue workflows.
• Familiarity with BANT/MEDDIC & multi-touch attribution.
• Grasp of deliverability, data quality & GDPR/CAN-SPAM.

Responsibilities

• Connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, and AI to keep data accurate; design data flows with mapping and contracts.
• Integrate CRM, sequencing, marketing automation, and data warehouse; evaluate tools to prevent GTM stack redundancy.
• Build inbound lead scoring, routing, outbound list building, enrichment, sequencing, and tracking.
• Translate ideas from Sales/Marketing/CS into production-ready solutions.
• Design agentic workflows for enrichment, scoring, and rep productivity.
• Run experiments; measure pipeline metrics; report system performance via Tableau or Looker.
• Guide BDRs as they shift to building and maintaining systems; teach workflow design.
