Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to own and scale the technology infrastructure powering Cobalt’s go‑to‑market organization. Reporting to the Sr.

Director of Revenue Operations, this role will serve as the technical owner of our GTM technology ecosystem, with deep hands‑on responsibility for Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, enrichment, automation, and the systems supporting our customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or related field in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Salesforce administration expertise (Flows, automation, data architecture, governance).
• Advanced HubSpot administration expertise (workflows, lifecycle, lead scoring, integrations).

Responsibilities

• Own GTM Systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, and integrations end‑to‑end.
• Partner with Revenue Ops to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and maintain data enrichment, governance, and data quality processes.
• Build AI-enabled GTM workflows to improve productivity and insights.
• Ensure system health, monitoring, and documentation across GTM tech stack.
