Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior GTM Systems & AI Specialist to own and scale the technology that powers Cobalt’s go-to-market organization.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, enrichment, automation, and the systems supporting the customer lifecycle. This role is cross-functional and requires collaboration with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM Systems or Revenue Ops
• Advanced Salesforce administration experience
• Advanced HubSpot administration experience
• Experience owning GTM integrations and data flows

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture, objects, Flows, automation, integrations and governance
• Own GTM tech ecosystem: integrations, data flows, and enrichment
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to translate GTM strategy into scalable tech
• Maintain HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, forms, and reporting
• Support data quality, enrichment, and AI-enabled GTM workflows across systems
