Job summary

SalesCaptain is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to own and evolve our outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of data, automation, AI, deliverability, and outbound strategy.

You'll lead technically, define standards, mentor teammates, and partner with GTM Strategists to architect scalable systems from ICP to reporting, while continuously testing new GTM tools and AI capabilities to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, outbound operations, growth engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on experience building outbound systems in B2B SaaS or GTM agency.
• Advanced experience with Clay and complex enrichment workflows.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and sending infrastructure.
• Experience designing campaigns around intent data and buying signals.
• Knowledge of modern GTM tooling and AI/automation tools.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic Python or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP through reporting.
• Build and optimize Clay workflows and API integrations.
• Own and improve email deliverability infrastructure.
• Design intent- and signal-based outbound systems.
• Build automation with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
• Leverage AI/LLMs to improve prospect research and campaign workflows.
• Mentor junior/mid GTM engineers and review workflows.
• Establish best practices and documentation for GTM engineering workflows.
