Block is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations in the United States to partner with Sales leadership and define how our go-to-market organization is structured, prioritized, and scaled. The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, setting KPIs, building executive dashboards, and guiding AI-native process innovations across CRM, analytics, and engineering.

Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations, Global Sales, you will mentor the team, drive end-to-end

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's required; other combinations acceptable per role seniority.
• Proven track record leading global, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders with structured analysis.
• Experience with SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth tech preferred.

Responsabilités

• Shape GTM strategy, segmentation, territory design, and coverage models.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and cadence to keep Sales leadership aligned.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams end-to-end with clear ownership.
• Identify AI-native opportunities to boost sales productivity and automate workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and model strong operating standards.
