Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Planning & Operations Senior Associate to shape and execute GTM strategy. You will partner with sales, marketing, customer success, analytics, finance and operations to drive scalable growth and optimize GTM efficiency.

The role involves territory planning, market analysis, and dashboards for growth plans, ideal for someone aiming to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing startup transforming mental healthcare.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance or related fields.
Strong analytical and modeling abilities to support decisions.
Experience communicating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive GTM initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to enable growth.
Provide insights to Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to grow ACV & revenue.
Monitor leading indicators, compare to forecast, and adjust bookings projections.
Align roadmaps with product, build business cases, and set goals for launches.
Collaborate with business ops, product, finance and clinical ops for growth.
Develop tools to measure growth metrics and drive cross-functional alignment.
Design scalable GTM operating model including territory planning.
