Quilt Health, Inc. in Boston seeks a high-motor GTM & Business Operations Associate to be the operational backbone across our Commercial, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Reporting directly to our Commercial Lead, this role is designed for a fast-learning generalist to scale a venture-backed healthtech company. You will manage three core pillars: Commercial/Deal Operations, Marketing & Event Logistics, and Foundational Office Support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, startup operations, sales operations, or high-level project management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and project management discipline; ability to track dozens of moving parts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with external health system executives and internal leadership.
• High emotional intelligence and low ego—comfortable drafting strategic briefing docs or managing event logistics.
• Proficiency with modern startup tool stacks (Notion, HubSpot/CRM, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana/Jira).

Responsibilities

• Drive Pipeline Momentum: manage deal tracking, action items, and decision logs across health system partnerships.
• Client Experience Continuity: operate as backbone for key client touchpoints as the commercial pipeline scales.
• Project Manage Industry Presence: coordinate conferences, booths, and cross-functional marketing workstreams.
• Deliverable Execution: produce executive briefs, decks, digital marketing assets, and event logistics.
• Leadership Enablement: handle complex executive scheduling, travel, and team events.
• Operational Excellence: oversee office operations, vendors, and administrative needs with precision.
