Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Go-To-Market Planning & Operations Senior Associate to shape and execute scalable growth strategies.

This role collaborates with sales, marketing, customer success, analytics, finance and operations to optimize GTM efficiency and territory planning. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in consulting or strategy, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong ability to summarize complex problems and drive decisions.
• Experience building business and financial models.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive GTM initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to grow revenue and optimize costs.
• Provide insights to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to increase ACV and revenue.
• Forecast performance with leading indicators and adapt booking projections.
• Align with product on roadmap, develop business cases, and set operating goals.
• Lead cross-functional programs and drive scalable operating models for GTM.
