Job summary

Interplay Learning is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate, GTM. You will own the commercial operating rhythm, drive cross-functional GTM programs, and partner with marketing, SDR, sales, and revenue leadership. This is a hands-on, AI-enabled role in a remote-first environment with executive exposure.

You will use Claude and systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, demonstrating judgment, structure, and follow-through to move initiatives from planning to adoption.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in consulting, strategy and operations, program management, chief of staff, or business operations (GTM/RevOps experience welcome).
• Executive-ready communication and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude) for analysis, drafting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly revenue leadership meeting as chief of staff to the EVP and track progress against targets.
• Lead cross-functional GTM programs from planning through execution and measurement.
• Drive account strategy, targeting, and top-account planning with sales and marketing leaders.
• Remove bottlenecks in revenue velocity and design cross-functional fixes.
• Automate and improve GTM processes using AI tools.
