Job summary

ADT is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Strategy, Planning & Execution to lead strategy and integrated execution for ADT’s major go-to-market moments, including new product launches and growth initiatives. This leader will align Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Technology, and Operations around a single plan that delivers measurable outcomes.

The role requires balancing strategy and execution, structuring complex problems, and driving decisions with senior stakeholders to move ideas

Qualifications

• 8+ years in go-to-market strategy, growth or related roles.
• Significant B2C experience with high-volume customer acquisition.
• Experience leading initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Knowledge of growth marketing, funnel, and sales conversion.
• Proven cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set GTM strategy for new products, features and growth initiatives.
• Translate strategy into objectives, workstreams, milestones and owners.
• Build repeatable planning, governance, and measurement practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams from strategy through launch.
• Ensure launch readiness with qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Frame trade-offs and enable timely executive decisions.
• Manage outcomes with clear success measures against goals.
• Create scalable, repeatable playbooks for future launches.
