ADT is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Strategy, Planning & Execution to drive the strategy and integrated execution of ADT’s go-to-market moments, including new product launches and growth initiatives. You will define audiences and build an integrated plan, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Operations around one plan.

• 8+ years in go-to-market strategy or related roles.
• Experience in a B2C business with high-volume acquisition.
• Proven leadership of new product introductions and launches.
• Strong knowledge of growth marketing, funnel management, and conversions.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
