Amazon's AWS Global Sales NAMER team seeks an Integrated GTM Lead to act as the embedded strategic partner for a divisional sales director. You will own the GTM campaign portfolio, align agents, and influence cross-functional leaders to drive unified go-to-market priorities.

You will translate priorities into campaign strategies, build field-ready materials, and orchestrate teams to create pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Own the go-to-market campaign portfolio for your division and decide campaigns to launch, sequence, and retire based on pipeline gaps and strategic priorities.
Influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to shape unified go-to-market priorities across teams.
Synthesize pipeline health and market signals into a GTM point of view that aligns organizations around shared goals.
Build end-to-end GTM playbooks including executive positioning decks and outreach sequences.
Bring together cross-functional teams into a single accountable campaign team with clear ownership and goals.
Serve as primary GTM strategist to divisional sales leadership with evidence-based recommendations.
Track campaign outcomes against pipeline and revenue targets and codify repeatable success patterns.
Translate complex problems into clear GTM recommendations for senior leadership.
