Job summary

Apollo.io is hiring a Solutions Consultant II to be a trusted technical and strategic advisor across the full customer lifecycle—driving complex, high-stakes deals forward, accelerating time-to-value, and influencing long-term business outcomes. You will partner with AEs/AMs, Sales Leadership, CS, Product, and Engineering to architect end-to-end solutions from discovery through onboarding and expansion.

You will mentor peers, build reusable assets, and contribute to scalable playbooks and demos

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success.
• Proven ability to lead technical validation and accelerate deal velocity.
• Background in integration-heavy customer lifecycles, esp. RevOps and sales tech.
• Executive-level communication to VP/C-level stakeholders.
• Cross-functional partnership with Sales, Onboarding, CS, Product, and Engineering.
• Comfort using AI-native GTM tools to enhance discovery and design.
• Experience maximizing post-sale GTM impact to drive pipeline or retention.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & value selling to uncover pain, ROI, and buying criteria.
• Co-own complex deals with AEs and influence buying committees.
• Design and run POC-based trials to validate impact early.
• Engage stakeholders to design scalable integrations and data flows.
• Advise on GTM stack optimization and provide customer feedback.
• Co-create solutions and manage adoption with onboarding/CS teams.
• Mentor peers and develop playbooks, demos, and templates.
