Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle GTM recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Support and Partnerships. You’ll partner with GTM leaders, run end-to-end searches, and help improve how our recruiting team operates as we scale.

The role requires 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing, data-driven decision making, and comfortable stakeholder management. Remote options available within the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, GTM roles preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, managing multiple searches.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to write compelling outreach.
• Ability to work with recruiting data to plan searches and explain trade-offs.
• Experience influencing hiring managers and senior leaders with data.
• Track record of owning searches end to end with minimal oversight.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and improving processes when they aren't working.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Business Development, from sourcing to close
• Run kickoffs and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define what a strong candidate looks like, and adjust the search as you learn
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels, using funnel data to decide where to spend your time
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and recruiting timeline
• Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing our mission, culture, and what it's like to join a growing GTM organization
• Contribute to recruiting processes, tools, and documentation across the team
• Own offer strategy and closing for your searches
