Mercury is hiring a Senior Recruiter to build and scale our GTM teams—Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships—across high-volume and specialized roles. You'll own full-cycle searches, partner with GTM leaders, run kickoff sessions, and improve recruiting processes while delivering a thoughtful candidate experience in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with GTM roles such as Sales/Customer Success.
• Strong sourcing and compelling outreach.
• Ability to use recruiting data to plan and explain trade-offs.
• Experience influencing hiring managers with data.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Business Development.
• Run kickoff and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define what a strong candidate looks like.
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels.
• Communicate pipeline health, progress, blockers, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Represent Mercury to candidates and share our mission, culture, and growth a GTM organization.
• Contribute to recruiting processes, tools, and documentation across the team.
• Own offer strategy and closing for your searches.
