Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and scale our go-to-market teams, spanning Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships. You will own end-to-end searches, partner with GTM leaders, and help shape our recruiting processes as we grow.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and data skills, and a track record of owning searches with minimal oversight in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including GTM roles such as sales, customer success, or account management.
• Experience managing several searches at once, including high-volume and high-priority roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to write compelling outreach.
• Ability to work with recruiting data to plan searches and explain trade-offs.
• Experience influencing hiring managers with data and clear communication.
• Track record of owning searches end to end with minimal oversight.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and improving processes when they aren't working.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Business Development, from sourcing to close.
• Run kickoffs and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define what a strong candidate looks like, and adjust the search as you learn.
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels, using funnel data to decide where to spend your time.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and recruiting timeline.
• Represent the company to candidates, sharing our mission, culture, and what it's like to join a growing GTM organization.
• Contribute to recruiting processes, tools, and documentation across the team.
• Own offer strategy and closing for your searches.
