Mercury is seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Business Development across a fast-growing GTM organization.

You will run kickoff and calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and hiring strategy, while leveraging data to plan searches and explain trade-offs. Mercury champions diversity and belonging as an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
