Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including GTM roles, in-house or at an agency.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple searches, including high-volume roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to write compelling outreach.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data (pass-through rates, time to hire) to plan searches.
• Experience influencing hiring managers with data and clear communication.
• Track record of owning searches end to end with minimal oversight.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Business Development, from sourcing to close
• Run kickoffs and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define what a strong candidate looks like, and adjust the search as you learn
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels, using funnel data to decide where to spend your time
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and recruiting timeline
• Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing our mission, culture, and what it's like to join a growing GTM organization
• Contribute to recruiting processes, tools, and documentation across the team
• Own offer strategy and closing for your searches
