Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and scale our go-to-market teams. You will own full-cycle searches across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships, partnering with GTM leaders to define roles, run searches end to end, and improve recruiting processes.

This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, data-driven decision making, and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience while owning offers and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including GTM roles such as sales, customer success, or account management, in-house or at an agency.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with experience managing several searches at once, including high-volume and complex or high-priority roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to write compelling outreach.
• Ability to work with recruiting data, such as pass-through rates and time to hire, to plan searches and explain trade-offs.
• Experience influencing hiring managers and senior leaders with data and clear communication.
• A track record of owning searches end to end with minimal oversight.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and improving processes when they aren't working.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from sourcing to close.
• Run kickoffs and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define what a strong candidate looks like.
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on pipeline health and timelines.
• Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing our mission and culture.
• Contribute to recruiting processes, tools, and documentation across the team.
• Own offer strategy and closing for your searches.
