Qualifications

• Strong ability to partner with leaders to shape hiring strategy and interview practices.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tech to drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Build pipelines proactively using market insights and analytics.
• Advise hiring leaders on role requirements and structured interviewing.
• Run data in the ATS to keep pipelines accurate and compliant.
• Analyze metrics to improve time-to-fill and diversity outcomes.
• Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers on best practices.
• Champion the candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
