Re:work is building its new North American GTM Talent team and seeks a Senior GTM Talent Partner who will own hiring for revenue teams across the US, from BDRs to sales leadership, while working remotely.

You will partner with sales leaders on hiring plans, set interview standards, leverage market knowledge on compensation and equity, and help grow the recruiting function as the team scales through hypergrowth.

Qualifications

• Senior GTM recruiter with experience hiring sales talent at high-growth tech companies.
• Experience recruiting for AEs, BDRs and sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the US enterprise GTM market.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring for revenue teams from BDRs to sales leadership.
• Partner with sales leaders on hiring plans and team structure across North America.
• Set interview standards and calibrate hiring managers; run referral drives.
