Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, creative, and GTM roles in Utah. You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, craft descriptions, and coordinate interview processes.

You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, conduct initial screens, and maintain accurate candidate data while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and pipelines.
• Experience evaluating candidates across functions.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Sound judgment in candidate assessment and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles across GTM, marketing, and creative.
• Partner with hiring managers to create descriptions, rubrics and hiring plans.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screens to assess qualifications and fit.
