Job summary

Polimorphic is seeking an Associate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our Go-To-Market organization, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, in a remote capacity. You will run your own requisitions end-to-end, build pipelines, and partner with GTM leadership on hiring plans to support rapid growth.

In this role you will source both active and passive candidates, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience through a repeatable, scalable process.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting/HR or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reqs in a fast-paced startup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; represents Polimorphic to candidates.
• Comfortable with high-volume, structured processes and quick turnarounds.
• Genuine interest in a career in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake to offer.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, keep ATS up to date.
• Collaborate with GTM hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations of great candidates.
• Build and maintain a warm pipeline for recurring roles, especially SDRs.
• Coordinate offer logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
