Qualifications
- 8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with high-volume requisitions and diverse pipelines
- Fluent in recruiting tech and data-informed decisions
- Trusted partner to business and HR leaders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority roles from intake to onboarding
- Build proactive pipelines using market insights and analytics
- Advise hiring leaders on requirements, strategy, and structured interviewing
- Manage pipelines and reporting in the ATS to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Analyze metrics to identify trends and guide hiring decisions
- Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers with best practices
- Champion a positive candidate experience with timely communication
