Constructor is seeking an Associate GTM Recruiter to source and engage candidates for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You’ll own portions of the funnel, collaborate with the Talent team and GTM leaders, and gain hands-on recruiting experience with real ownership.

You’ll use Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools to accelerate outreach, schedule interviews across time zones, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while growing into a

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Ability to handle high outreach volume.
• Excellent written communication.
• Strong organizational skills to prevent issues.
• Comfort with coordinating across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving across stages.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones.
• Provide timely, clear candidate communication and experience.
• Spot friction early and propose fixes to hiring process.
• Leverage AI for outreach and note summaries; speed up research.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Claude and Juicebox.
