Axon in Phoenix (N. Scottsdale) seeks a Senior GTM Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact sales roles driving growth and mission success. You’ll partner with sales leaders, shape role profiles, and build scalable pipelines with urgency and accountability.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders, advocate for diverse talent, and deliver a fast, human candidate experience while operating in a hybrid setup based at our Phoenix HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; agency experience a plus).
• Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines.
• Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions.
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed.

Responsabilités

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business.
• Partner with sales leaders to define excellence beyond the req, shaping role profiles.
• Build future-ready talent pipelines across go-to-market roles—Account Executives, CSMs, SEOs, SDRs, etc.
• Use data and market insight to guide decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
• Source aggressively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and other results-driven tools.
• Test and refine recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows.
