Axon in Boston seeks a Senior GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles. You’ll partner with sales leaders, shape role profiles, and build scalable pipelines to fuel growth and protect life through talent decisions.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, onsite Tue–Fri with Monday remote flexibility, collaborating with a team that values candor, speed, and outcomes to raise the bar for talent across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; agency experience a plus)
• Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines
• Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
• A data-informed mindset—you know what to measure and why it matters
• High accountability, strong organization, and a bias for action

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business.
• Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like, not just what’s written on a req.
• Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organization—including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more.
• Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and whatever else gets results.
• Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axon’s brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human.
• Build trust with hiring leaders by being decisive, candid, and solutions-oriented.
• Drive inclusive hiring by proactively sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity throughout the hiring process.
• Juggle multiple high-priority searches without dropping the ball—or your standards.
